Overview
At Corexa USA, all products are sold strictly for research use only. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return policy once items have been shipped.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Order Issues & Damages
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Incorrect
- Missing items
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will review and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety, handling, and product integrity:
- All sales are final
- We do not accept returns under any circumstances
- We do not offer refunds for opened, used, or incorrectly ordered items
Shipping Errors
If we made an error on your order, we will:
- Replace the incorrect item
- Cover reshipping costs
If the error was made by the customer (incorrect address, wrong product selected), we are not responsible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Corexa USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We recommend:
- Using secure delivery locations
- Contacting the carrier directly for claims
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
